What's the minimum rental?
1 day. The longer you rent, the lower the daily price — see our weekly and monthly rates.
Can you deliver the bike to my hotel?
Yes. We deliver to and collect from your hotel or residence: ฿150 each way in Central Pattaya and Pratumnak, ฿200 in Jomtien and Naklua.
What do I leave as a deposit?
1,000 baht for fuel or a late return (cash, PromptPay, transfer, or card with a 5% fee), plus a copy of your passport. For the X-ADV 750 we keep your original passport, or 20,000 baht in cash instead.
Is insurance included?
Every bike has Por Ror Bor (พ.ร.บ.), the compulsory Thai insurance. It covers medical costs only, not damage to or theft of the bike, nor other people's property. We advise travel insurance.
When are you open?
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 21:00, and closed on Sunday. Message us any time, 24/7. Pick-up or return outside office hours is possible on request, every day from 11:00 to 22:00, at no extra charge.
Where can I ride?
Anywhere in Chon Buri province, on paved roads. No km limit. Never outside the province: the fine starts at ฿3,000.
How old are the bikes?
Most are brand new or less than a year old. The rest are recent and kept in excellent condition.
How do I book?
Pick your bike and dates on this site and send your booking. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp or LINE.
Can I ride to Bangkok, Koh Samet or Rayong?
No. Our bikes stay inside Chon Buri province. Bangkok, Rayong, Koh Samet and Koh Chang are outside it: the fine starts at ฿3,000.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Call or message us. If it is not your fault, we repair the bike or give you another one, free, at any time. Do not have it repaired elsewhere without our OK.
What if I have an accident or the bike is stolen?
Call us at once and take photos. Get a police report within 24 hours. You pay the repair plus the daily rent while the bike is off the road, or the bike's value if it is stolen: see our rental terms.
What if I return the bike late?
The first hour is free. After that it is ฿50 per hour. More than 3 hours late counts as one more day.
Which fuel does the bike take, and how full do I return it?
Gasohol 95. Return the bike with the same fuel level you got it with. Each missing level on the gauge costs ฿100.
Can I keep the bike longer?
Yes, if the bike is free. Message us before your return time. Extra days are charged at the daily price.
Can two people ride on one bike?
Yes. One passenger is allowed. Rider and passenger both wear a helmet at all times.
How can I pay?
Cash, PromptPay, bank transfer, or card with a 5% fee.
Which licence do I need?
We accept a valid driving licence from any country. The X-ADV 750 needs a full motorbike licence. Thai law asks for a licence valid for the bike you ride: see our licence guide.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Tell us as soon as you can. Changing your dates is free if the bike is available. All the details are on our Refunds and cancellations page.
