These terms

These terms apply to every rental with us. Our rental terms, our refund and cancellation policy and our privacy policy are part of them.

Booking

Book on this website, or by message.

To hold the bike, you pay a booking deposit (20% of the rent, at least ฿200) or the full rent online. Your booking is confirmed when your payment goes through.

Prices are in Thai baht. You pay the price shown for your dates when you book.

The rental agreement

At pick-up we check your documents and photograph your passport and your driving licence. We check the bike with you, and you sign a rental agreement.

The signed agreement gives the full terms of your rental. If it differs from this website, the signed agreement applies.

Who can ride

  • A valid driving licence from any country. A car licence is accepted.
  • Honda X-ADV 750: a full motorbike licence, not a scooter-only licence.
  • You must be at least 20 years old.
  • Only the person who signs the agreement may ride.
  • One passenger is allowed, wearing a helmet.

Thai law asks for a valid licence for the bike you ride. Without one, police can fine you up to ฿2,000 and your travel insurance may not pay.

Using the bike

  • Ride only in Chon Buri province. Never outside it.
  • Paved roads only. No off-road riding, no racing.
  • No riding after alcohol or drugs.
  • Wear a helmet at all times. Your passenger too.
  • No food delivery, ride-hailing or other paid work with the bike.
  • Follow Thai traffic law.

Your responsibilities

  • Bring the bike back on time, in the condition you got it, with the same fuel level.
  • Pay traffic fines, towing and impound fees.
  • Pay for damage, theft and lost keys as set out in our rental terms.
  • After an accident or a theft, call us at once and take photos. Get a police report within 24 hours if someone is hurt, another vehicle is involved, or the bike is stolen.
  • Do not have the bike repaired elsewhere without our OK.

Our responsibilities

  • We give you a roadworthy bike with the compulsory Thai insurance.
  • If it breaks down and it is not your fault, we repair it or replace it, free, any time.
  • We return your deposit when the bike comes back, less any charges.

Liability

You ride at your own risk. You are responsible for how you ride and for your passenger.

Our insurance is the compulsory minimum: it pays medical costs, not damage or theft. See insurance.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under Thai law.

Cancellations and changes

Cancel at least 7 days before pick-up for a full refund. Later, or if you don't come, we keep the booking deposit.
