Cancelling
- 7 days or more before pick-up: full refund of everything you paid.
- Less than 7 days before, or no-show: we keep the booking deposit (20% of the rent, at least ฿200). Everything else you paid is refunded.
Paying online by card adds a 3% card fee. The card fee is not refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or LINE, or email us, with your booking reference. The day we receive your message is the day you cancelled.
Changing your dates
Changing your dates is free, any time before pick-up, if a bike is free on the new dates.
The price follows your new dates.
If we can't supply your bike
If we cannot give you the bike you booked or a similar one, you get a full refund, whatever the date.
How refunds are paid
Online payments go back to the same card or account, through our payment provider, Beam. Your bank can take up to 14 business days to show it.
Other payments go back the way you paid where possible, or by bank transfer.
The deposit at pick-up
The ฿1,000 deposit taken at pick-up is separate from your booking.
We return it at the counter when you bring the bike back, less any fuel or late-return charge.
Honda X-ADV 750: no ฿1,000 deposit. We give back your passport, or your ฿20,000 cash, when you bring the bike back.
